Michael Nolan

Mike Nolan is Broker - Owner of Nolan Realty & Investments based in Reno, Nevada. He brings 30+ years of international business experience to his real estate practice. Successful marketing to Intel, AMD, Motorola and other hi-tech customers required a high level      of professionalism, skill and effectiveness. This experience provides a strong foundation upon which to build a real estate practice.

Mike is a member of the Board of Directors of the Reno Sparks Association of Realtors^® where he also serves on the Education Committee. He holds the Graduate Real Estate Institute (GRI) Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), GREEN and Certified Distressed Properties (CDOE) designations.  He is actively pursuing the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation.

Mike has been an active real estate investor for over twenty years and an active real estate licensee since 2003.
